Meghann Tanner enters her third season as head coach of the cross country team and fourth in the same capacity for track and field at SUNY Potsdam.
Tanner was a four-year runner at SUNY Oneonta where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology and minor in Athletic Coaching in 2019.
During Tanner’s time at Oneonta, she competed at the SUNYAC Championship Meet every year and qualified for the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships twice. Tanner ran a personal best of 23:18.7 in the 6k and 5:12.21 in the 1500m. Tanner also completed an internship in the Health and Fitness, Track and Field Office at the end of her time at SUNY Oneonta.
