Wagner broke the program's 60m record for the third week in a row with a stellar time of 8.38 to earn her a ninth place finish at the Utica Fast Trax Invite on Saturday. Wagner also earned a top-10 all time mark in the 200 with a time of 28.58 for the program's fourth best time.
