Layer had a career-high 39 assists along with two aces in the Bears match against Hilbert College. She also posted five kills, four aces and 22 assists against VTSU-Johnson. Against St. Lawrence University, Layer had 36 assists and four aces. She added 35 assists and five aces to her tally in the Bears win against Wells College. Layer currently leads the SUNYAC in service aces-per-set (0.79) and is second in the SUNYAC for assists-per-set (6.24).
