Perno made 63 saves to lead the Bears into overtime before falling 3-2 to Plattsburgh State in the first round of the SUNYAC Playoffs. In his freshman season Perno was named to the SUNYAC All-Rookie team after tallying 663 saves, a .929 save percentage, and two shutouts this season.
