Russell had a strong day with three individual wins in the 800 Freestyle (10:38.09), 50 Freestyle (26.69), and 100 Freestyle (1:05.90). She also joined in on the 200 Freestyle Relay team to take first with a time of 2:01.59. For her efforts, Caroline Russell is this week's Female Athlete of the Week.
