Sophomore pitcher Ashley Thayer is the Bears Female Performer of the Week. Thayer was brilliant in an extra inning win over Fredonia on Saturday, going eight innings and allowing five hits in the complete game shutout. Ashley walked two and struck out four. She also didn’t allow an earned run in six innings in a loss against Buffalo St.
