Zimmerman helped the Bears to a 3-0 weekend with 41 kills, a .298 hitting percentage, six aces, 21 digs and seven blocks. On Friday, the outside hitter registered 14 kills, three service aces, eight digs and a block in a 3-1 win at Wells that ended a five game skid. On Saturday morning against Wells, Zimmerman had 13 kills, four digs and five blocks in a 3-0 victory. He then added 14 more kills, three aces, nine digs and a block in a 3-0 win over Russell Sage.
