Senior Curtis Pierce is the Bears’ male performer of the week. Pierce led the Bears to a 2-1 record this past week. The senior recorded the winning bucket as time expired in an overtime thriller versus St. Lawrence on Tuesday. He then posted a season-high 26 points in a last second loss to Buffalo State. Pierce closed out the tough three game week with an 18 point performance in a win over Fredonia on Saturday. The Brooklyn native averaged 18.6 points-per-game, while shooting 60% from beyond the arc and 82% from the free throw line in three games.
