Senior captain Curtis Pierce is the Bears’ male performer of the week. Pierce led the Bears to a 1-1 record during a tough non-conference slate. The senior posted a career-high 30 points in an exciting 86-80 comeback win over Manhattanville College. Pierce nearly missed a double-double performance and hit several key shots in the contest. The Brooklyn native then scored 23 points to put his team in contention with the #10 ranked Ramapo Roadrunners. He averaged 26.5 points per game and eight rebounds per game.
