Chelsea Sunday (Akwasasne, N.Y./Salmon River) each set career-highs for the Bears with 38 assists and 22 kills, respectively.
Potsdam dropped the opening set 25-22 before taking sets three and four 25-19 and 25-20. The Cardinals rallied for a 25-20 win in set four, but the Bears captured the fifth set 15-9.

Annie Smith (Chateauguay, N.Y./Chateauguay) recorded a season-high 16 kills and senior libero
Gabby Arana (Williston Park, N.Y./Herricks) posted a season-best 31 digs to go with her two aces. Sunday also had 12 digs and a team-high three aces. Senior outside hitter
Liza Fields (Duanesburg, N.Y./Duanesburg) had six kills, six digs and two aces. Freshman outside hitter
Kelsey Tompkins (Vestal, N.Y./Vestal) finished with five kills, two solo blocks and three block assists.
Maggie Schrantz and Emily Miller led the Cardinal offense 17 and 14 kills. Meghan Clifford had a game-high 40 assists and Miranda Sheffer had five kills, five aces and nine digs. Jordynne Ales contributed 21 digs to support Plattsburgh's effort.
Potsdam closes out conference play for the 2014 season with two matches tomorrow. The Bears square off with Buffalo State at 10 a.m. and former coach Steve Pike's Brockport squad at 3 p.m.
