Bri McClusky (Watertown, N.Y./Immaculate Heart) finished the day with a goal and an assist.
Newman got Potsdam on the board at 28:41 of the opening half, getting the Bears within 2-1. Huntley set up Newman three minutes later to slim the Golden Eagles' lead to 5-2. The duo connected again at 19:29 to make it an 8-3 contest. Brockport pulled away after the goal, netting the next eight in a row to close the half.
McClusky scored at 23:06 of the second half and Huntley struck at 10:31. Junior attack
Katie Lapinski (Canton, N.Y./Hugh C. Williams) buried a pass from McClusky with 6:55 remaining for the Bears' final goal.
