O'Connor assisted on Morgenroth's third just 36 seconds into the second half for nine-goal lead. Mari Ames netted SUNY Poly's third goal at 25:18, but the Bears answered with a 7-0 run from six different scorers to put the game away over the next 15 minutes. The Bears outshot SUNY Poly 38-10 and finished with a 30-13 advantage in ground balls and 16-5 in draw controls.

Danielle Pound (Henderson, N.Y./Immaculate Heart) had a game-high seven draw controls along with four ground balls and two caused turnovers. O'Connor and McCabe recorded game-highs in ground balls (7) and caused turnovers (4), respectively.
The Bears are now off until they head to Canton to take on St. Lawrence University at 4 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
