Pioneers edge Bears on late goal, 1-0

UTICA, N.Y.—Utica College (3-1) scored in the 82nd minute and held on to defeat the SUNY Potsdam women's soccer team (4-2) 1-0. Bears sophomore goalie Chloe Gordon (Cicero, N.Y./Cicero-North) made three saves in the defensive battle.

The Bears are now off until September 24, when they head to SUNY Cortland to open SUNYAC play.
