Plattsburgh scored all seven goals of the second quarter. Sophomore attack
Mallory Marks (Brownville, N.Y../General Brown) and Mitchell opened the third quarter with back-to-back goals. The Cardinals led 15-4 after 45 minutes.
The Bears outscored Plattsburgh 5-4 in the fourth quarter. Pierce scored three of the goals in the final 15 minutes and Reitano had two goals and two assists. Senior attack

Jane Olszewski (Thornwood, N.Y./Westlake) stopped six shots and allowed five goals in the second half. Cardinals goalie Johanna Malone made three saves and allowed two goals in the first half to earn the win. Lila Nease also had three saves in the second half while allowing seven goals.
Lindsey Guzzetta led Plattsburgh with five goals and six assists for 11 points. Cynthia Barnosky had five points on two goals and three assists and Kate Kennedy scored three goals.
The contest marks the end of the careers of seniors Reitano, Stevenson, defender
Marley Hawthorne (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Saratoga Spring) and defender Laura Martin (Akwesasne, N.Y./Salmon River). Reitano finishes her career as the program's third leading scorer with 178 points. She ranks fifth in goals with 111 and third in assists with 67. Reitano is the all-time leader in free-position goals with 33. She also holds Potsdam's single-season scoring record with 76 points that she set last year. Stevenson closes her career ranked 11th in scoring with 101 points on 62 goals and 39 assists. She is 15th in goals, 10th in assists and 10th draw controls with 77. Stevenson also collected 91 ground balls. Hawthorne totaled six goals and two assists for eight points along with 11 ground balls, six caused turnovers and two draw controls in 25 games. Martin registered 24 ground balls, 14 caused turnovers and two draw controls in 22 games.
