Owen Walsh (Ballston Spa, N.Y./Ballston Spa) had four goals. Junior captain
Cobie Cree (Akwesasne, N.Y./Salmon River) added two goals and an assist.
Potsdam scored the first five goals of the contest.
Owen Walsh scored the first two goals at 10:51 and 10:07.
Peyton Walsh assisted on the second goal before scoring his first at 8:29.

Tyler Gould (Webster, N.Y./Webster Schroeder) made it 5-0 at 5:40. John Spoto finally got the Pioneers on the board with a man-up goal about a minute later. Potsdam led 5-1 after 15 minutes.

Crayton Cree (Hogansburg, N.Y./Salmon River) at 6:06 of the second quarter give the Bears back their five-goal advantage. Spoto countered at 1:15, but sophomore faceoff specialist
Drew Costello (Ogdensburg, N.Y./Ogdensburg Free Academy) answered seven seconds later to start a 6-0 run. Potsdam was up 8-2 at the half.
Cobie Cree buried his second at 12:32 of the third quarter with an assist from junior midfielder

Owen Walsh buried his fourth at 7:43 and the Bears led 11-2 after 45 minutes.

Drew Rose (Brasher Falls, N.Y./St. Lawrence Central) assisted on the second, which was a man-up goal. Colin Musso got Utica's final goal with 13 seconds left to close the scoring at 13-3.

Saka Thompson (Akwesasne, N.Y./Salmon River) made a career-high 21 saves to earn the win. Patrick Oswald stopped seven shots for the Pioneers. Costello won nine of his 16 faceoff opportunities. Senior defender

Jack McCandless (Victor, N.Y./Victor) caused two turnovers.
