Senior midfielder Katie Kopcza (Whitesboro, N.Y./Whitesboro) led the Wildcats with two goals and three assists. Sophomore midfielder Katelynn Truax (New Hartford, N.Y./New Hartford) scored twice. Senior attack Madison Bastien (Ilion, N.Y./Central Valley Academy) and sophomore midfielder Callie Johnson (Verona, N.Y./Vernon Verona Sherrill) each had a goal.
Sophomore goalie Jayden Brown (Black River, N.Y./Carthage) finished with nine stops for SUNY Poly.
The Bears led 7-2 after the first quarter, 14-3 at the half and 18-4 through three quarters. LaDue claimed nine draw controls and four ground balls. Pierce had four ground balls and four turnovers.
Potsdam is back in action at noon on Saturday when Alfred University comes to Maxcy Turf Field.
