Chris Strough is back for his senior season with the Bears.
 
Jefferson Community College (JCC): Christopher played two years of golf at JCC winning MAC Conference in 2014-15 and earning his way onto the MAC All Conference Team in 2015.
 
Personal: Son of John and Julie Strough . . . majoring in History . . . career ambition is to be a history professor or a career firefighter . . . was a Frontier League All-Star and multiple sportsmanship award winner at Alexandria Central . . . favorite TV show is Nightwatch, favorite movie is Miracle, favorite band is Red Hot Chili Peppers . . . is a fan of Dustin Johnson . . . has four cousins that are also college or pro ahletes-Mark MacDougall (Clarkson Hockey), Steven MacDougall (AHL Hockey), Tyler Decker (Adelphi Basketball), Jackie Decker (Plattsburgh Softball) . . . favorite thing about being an NCAA athlete is the opportunity to play the sport he loves at a competitive level . . . lists his grandfather as his hero because he taught him the value of hard work, selflessness and community service as well as his father for teaching him sportsmanship . . . greatest sports accomplishment is making the team at Potsdam . . . when not on the links enjoys listening to music, hanging out with friends and being a firefighter . . . favorite Potsdam class is Revolutionary America . . . greatest Potsdam memory is making lifelong friends . . . member of the SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll
