Lindsey Pound enters his second season as the Bears assistant men's lacrosse coach.
Pound, a Henderson N.Y. native and Immaculate Heart grad, played two seasons at Monroe Community College before he joined the Bears. With the Tribunes he competed in 27 games, recording 31 points and 123 ground balls as well as being named co-defensive MVP and all-region. Pound spent the 2015 and 2016 seasons in Potsdam, totaling 11 points and 144 ground balls. After earning second team All-SUNYAC honors in 2015, he was a Face-off Year Book Preseason Honorable Mention All-America, first team all-conference and team Defensive MVP in 2016.
In 2017, Pound served as a volunteer assistant coach with the Bears. He developed game plans and adjusted them for opponent and game situations. Pound also assisted with scheduling and coordination of all practices and games and in day-to-day operations including, recruiting.
Pound earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Potsdam in May 2016.
