Logan Ploss is entering his third season with the Bears.
 
Personal: Son of Chad and Julie Ploss… majoring in Exercise Science… also played tennis at Columbia High School… was awarded Cum Laude, Thomas Bellisario Memorial Scholarship, Excellence in Art Award, Susan-Garrigan-Brooks Memorial Award, Columbia Players Award, and the Terence Brewer Scholarship… career ambition is to become a songwriter/music artist… favorite movie is Get Out… favorite TV show is Breaking Bad… favorite music group is Radiohead… favorite athlete is Coco Gauf… favorite sports team is the Boston Celtics… favorite thing about being an NCAA student-athlete is the team camaraderie… his hero is Kendrick Lamar because of how much of his life he gives towards improving the experiences of others… his greatest sports accomplishment was winning the Suburban Council Championship Two-Mile Race… favorite hobbies are songwriting, playing guitar, and reading… chose Potsdam because of the athletic and academic opportunities that they offer… favorite class at Potsdam is Human Nature with David Curry… greatest Potsdam memory was winning the DMR in indoor track with Andrew Hyde running the 1200 leg, Tim Petty on the 400, and Sam Renaud on the 800… college academic achievements included the Alumni Scholarship and a President’s List selection… college athletic awards included the Coach’s Award for cross-country at Potsdam
