Caroline Willis (neé Milwicz) is back to begin her second year as an assistant coach for Potsdam Women’s Lacrosse.
Willis, a Maryland native, attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia on scholarship as a Division I lacrosse player.
Beginning in her freshman year, she played all 15 games, recording the first goal against UNC, which to this day she still calls her “greatest accomplishment.” While at Liberty, Willis studied Advertising and Public Relations.
Willis spent her college summer years coaching lacrosse for Maryland Youth Lacrosse Association and was heavily involved in FCA Lacrosse.
Growing up, her parents Stephen and Jackie Milwicz never missed one of their three daughters' lacrosse games. Her sister Kathryn played lacrosse at Messiah College and her sister Annie is currently playing at William and Mary.
In 2015, Willis graduated from Liberty University and also married her husband Zachary. Caroline spends her days working from home doing marketing for two different companies. Zachary is currently in PA school at Clarkson University. Caroline, Zachary, and their two golden retrievers are loving the North Country and feel right at home.
