Rob Kunz '15 is back for his fourth season as an assistant coach for the women's lacrosse team.
Kunz played three seasons at Potsdam, leading the Bears in scoring in each. He was a three-time All-SUNYAC honoree and two-time team captain. In 43 career games, Kunz amassed 70 goals and 63 assists, placing him ninth on the program's all-time scoring list with 133 points and sixth in assists. He capped his playing career with an appearance in the 2014 USILA/LaxWorld North-South All-Star Game.
After Potsdam, the Watertown native and Immaculate Heart graduate served as a summer intern for the Thousand Islands Land Trust in Clayton as well as an Auction Associate for WPBS Digital Television in Watertown. With the land trust, Kunz led paddle board treks in Thousand Islands Park. He also assisted in guided birding tours on Grindstone Island, where he helped children's groups learn to identify different species of birds. With WPBS Kunz helped prepare community events.
Kunz graduated from Potsdam in 2015 with a degree in environmental studies and biology.
