Junior Shane Talarico is the Bears’ male performer of the week. Talarico won two games this weekend to help the Bears back into playoff contention. On Friday, Talarico came off the bench after Potsdam's starter was lost to injury. He made 22 saves in a 4-3 overtime victory against Brockport. On Saturday, the junior stopped 24 shots in a 4-3 overtime win against 14th ranked Geneseo. It was his third career victory and his first collegiate win as a starting goalie.
