POTSDAM, N.Y.- The SUNY Potsdam women's basketball team (1-8, 0-3 SUNYAC) fell to Buffalo State (6-5, 3-1 SUNYAC) Friday night at Buffalo State Sports Arena by a score of 95-55. Senior guard
Carli Reynolds (Indian Lake, N.Y./Indian Lake) scored 22 points with five boards for the Bears.

Potsdam opened the scoring with a jumper from senior guard
Colleen McNamara (Guelph, Ontario/Our Lady of Lourdes). The Bears continued to hold the lead until Olivia Luciani knocked down a three at 13:15. The Bengals never looked back. Buffalo State took control and led 48-19 at the break.

Reynolds picked it up a notch for the Bears in the second half, scoring 20 of her 22 points, but the Bengals offensive momentum never faulted. Every Bengal scored in the effort and carried Buffalo State to victory.

McNamara finished with 19 points, while senior captain
Bailey Weigel (East Amherst, N.Y./Williamsville East) added nine points, nine rebounds and five assists.
