CANTON, N.Y.—St. Lawrence University (10-8) defeated the SUNY Potsdam volleyball team (5-10) 3-0 (23-25, 19-25, 17-25) during a Tuesday night, non-conference match.
Bears sophomore outside hitter
Mikayla Myers (Gloversville, N.Y./Mayfield) had a team-high of nine kills on the night. Outside hitter
Jessica Ader (Highland Mills, N.Y./Monroe-Woodbury) had eight kills and eight digs. Junior setter
Alyssa Rogers (Anchorage, Alaska/Grace Christian) finished the night with 16 assists and five digs, while freshman setter
Colleen Murphy (Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa) had 10 assists and one ace.
For the Saints, Anna Kreppein recorded 13 kills and Natalie Piper had 12 kills and three aces. Allie Posnick totaled a game-high of 23 assists, while Reagan Collier-Hogan finished the night with 11 digs.
Potsdam is back in action Friday, October 22, when the Bears host Oswego State at 6:00pm.
