OSWEGO, N.Y.—The SUNY Potsdam men's and women's cross country teams competed at the SUNYAC Championships on Saturday morning. SUNY Geneseo successfully defended both its men's and women's titles. The Bears men finished ninth and the women ran as individuals.

Sam Renaud (Lagrangeville, N.Y./Trinity-Pawling) led Potsdam's men again today with an 8K time of 28:33.2, finishing 37th. Sophomore
Logan Ploss (East Greenbush, N.Y./Columbia) was next for the Bears in 20:25.3. Sophomore
Evan Howe (Peru, N.Y./Peru) finished in 30:47.9 and freshman
Eli Siracusa (Penfield, N.Y./Penfield) in 21:50.7. Sophomores
Kain Robinson (Alder Creek, N.Y./Adirondack) (34:25.0) and
Harper Barrett (Lowville, N.Y./Beaver River) (35:07.4) rounded out the group.

Emily Yousey (Lacona, N.Y./Sandy Creek) had another strong day for the women, posting a 6K time of 28:26.9. Senior
Emily Ware (Massena, N.Y./Massena) and sophomore
Natalie Hartmann (Farmingville, N.Y./Sachem East) wrapped up the day with times of 30:35.0 and 30:53.4, respectively.

The Bears will close out their season at the Atlantic Regional Championships at St. Lawrence University on November 12.
