Kendall Jones (Parker, Colo./Elizabeth) posted six kills, five digs and a block. Sophomore setter
Sophia Layer (Potsdam, N.Y./Potsdam) finished with 21 assists and nine digs. Freshman libero
Madison Gilliland (Rossville, Ga./Lakeview Oglethorpe) added 21 digs and freshman outside hitter
Emily Prest (Averill Park, N.Y./Averill Park) had six digs.
Liya Girma paced Plattsburgh with a match-best 15 kills and 15 digs. Jeannette Ashong had eight kills. Karina Wagner registered seven kills and three digs, while Darby Collyear had six kills. Kyleigh Ganz contributed 17 assists and four kills. Payton Zophy had 21 digs and three aces and Bridget Ryan rounded out the leaders with 16 digs.
The Bears are back in action on Friday, when they host crosstown rival Clarkson University at 6 p.m.
