ROCHESTER, N.Y.—Nazareth College (8-0) defeated the SUNY Potsdam men's volleyball team (3-8) 3-0 on Friday afternoon. Junior middle hitter Matt Kilinski (Greenfield Center, N.Y./Saratoga Springs) and freshman outside hitter Darius Dorsey-Rhule (Elmont, N.Y./Elmont Memorial) each had three kills and a block for the Bears.
 
The Golden Flyers took 25-11, 25-7 and 25-15 decisions from Potsdam. Senior middle hitter Sean Murray (Grand Island, N.Y./Grand Island) had two kills and freshman setter Alex Lombardo (East Hampton, N.Y./East Hampton) recorded six assists. Senior captain Michael Anderson  (Lindenhurst, N.Y./Lindenhurst) contributed three assists and two digs. Kilinski and sophomore outside hitter Duncan Tenhagen (Buffalo, N.Y./West Seneca West) also had two digs each.
 
Owen Wickens led Nazareth with 11 kills, four digs and a block. Josh Weaver had nine digs. AJ Burda posted 29 assists, Alex Bertino had six aces and Andrew Bodensteiner contributed three blocks.
 
The Bears are back in action tomorrow with two neutral site matches. They face Buffalo State at 1 p.m. and Manhattanville College at 3 p.m.
