POTSDAM, N.Y. — Senior women's soccer player Madison Wagner (Chittenango, N.Y./Chittenango) has been named State University of New York Athletic Conference's Women's Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week.

Wagner tripled her offensive output this week, with four goals and an assist in two matches. She drew and converted a penalty and assisted on the opening goal in Wednesday's 5-0 Route 11 Rivalry win over Canton. The forward then recorded her first career hat trick in the 4-1 win at Morrisville. She currently leads the team with six goals and is tied for second most in the SUNYAC. 

Potsdam hosts Oswego State on Wednesday at 4 p.m. and heads to SUNY Fredonia on Saturday at 1 p.m.
