PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – The SUNY Potsdam Cross Country teams turned in another strong performance in Plattsburgh today at the SUNYAC Preview Race. The men placed fifth and the women ran as individuals.

In his hometown, junior
Samuel Barney (Plattsburgh, N.Y./Plattsburgh) led the men, finishing 31st with an 8K time of 30:38.3. Following closely behind was senior
Eli Siracusa (Penfield, N.Y./Penfield) in 30:52.2 for a 35th place finish. Next was sophomore
Bryson Brown (New York, N.Y./Mercersburg Academy) with a time of 31:38.8, good for 45th. Rounding out the men was senior
Connor Till (Castile, N.Y./Letchworth), senior
Josef Kaufman (Marcellus, N.Y./Marcellus) and sophomore
Cole DeLuca (Mohawk, N.Y./Central Valley Academy) finishing 55th (37:48.9), 59th (39:22.4) and 60th (41:57.5), respectively. Â

On the women's side sophomore
Makayla Farmer (Massena, N.Y./Massena) placed 30th with a 6K time of 26:52.3. Â
