  • Castro doubled the Bears' lead in the second period, assisted by senior forwards Rebecca Cain (Skaneateles, N.Y./Syracuse Valley Eagles) and Alessia Marandola (Oakville, Ontario/Oakville Jr. Hornets).
  • Morrisville senior defenseman Tilly Couture (Bedford, Nova Scotia/SUNY Canton) made it 2-1 early in the third period on the power play. Assists went to senior forward Zoe Leas (North Vancouver, British Columbia/Oswego State) and freshman defenseman Lindsey Durant (Bombay, N.Y./Ottawa 67s).
