COMPLETE RESULTS

CLINTON, N.Y.—Sophomores Talan Green (Canton, N.Y./Hugh C. Williams) and Makayla Farmer (Massena, N.Y./Massena) each set program records for the SUNY Potsdam track and field teams at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The Bears registered four program top-10 performances on the day.
 
Green reached a height of 1.83m in the men's high jump to finish second. He topped Potsdam's previous mark by 0.03 meters. Famer was second in the 3000M Steeplechase, topping her previous program mark by 11.27 seconds for a time of 12:49.28. Senior Emma Beecher (Lockport, N.Y./Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart) was fourth in the women's high jump with Potsdam's third best distance of 1.38m. Freshman Carli Knapp (Lovington, N.M./Lovington) placed second in the women's javelin with the program's second best distance of 30.47m.
 
The Bears head to Vermont next Saturday for the Middlebury Invitational at 11 a.m.
