Alex Gregory enters his second season with the Bears.
 
Personal: Son of Deb Gregory . . . majoring in Archaeological Studies and Mathematics . . . career ambition is to become an archaeological field coordinator . . . also played soccer at Maine Endwell High School where he was a NYS Scholar Athletic Award winner . . . will also compete for the Bears track team this season . . . serves as a tutor for mathematics and archaeological classes and is currently working on his Presidential Scholars Independent Research Project . . . favorite part of being an NCAA athlete is that his teammates have his back on and off the field . . . his grandmother is also a Potsdam Alum . . . greatest sports accomplishment is fighting through his stress fracture and coming back stronger than ever . . . when not running enjoys experimental archaeology, solving math problems, exploring historical sites, and using logic to interpret settlement patterns . . . favorite Potsdam class is Archaeological Procedures . . . greatest Potsdam memory is running with the Track and Field Club . . . has earned the Departmental Archaeological Scholars Award, the Charlie Smith Calculus II Award . . . is a member of the President’s List, the SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll and the Potsdam honors program
