Mikayla Myers enters her second season with the Bears.
 
Personal: Daughter of Kristi Oare . . . majoring in Psychology . . . also competes for the Bears Tack and Field Team . . . career ambition is to be a therapist . . . also ran track at Mayfield High School where she was volleyball MVP for three years, MVP hitter for three years, captain as a senior, first team WAC All-Star and honorable mention, qualified for states in track and field for three seasons . . . favorite TV show is Criminal Minds, favorite Movie is Seven Pounds, favorite Musician is Shawn Mendes . . . is a fan of Jordan Larson . . . favorite thing about being and NCAA athlete is that the competition pushes you to a higher level . . . greatest sports accomplishment is being named first team all-state . . . chose Potsdam because it’s a small school that reminds her of high school and has a great Psychology program . . . most looking forward to making new friends and memories this year
