POTSDAM, N.Y.—No. 19 Brockport defeated the SUNY Potsdam women's lacrosse team 16-2 on Saturday afternoon. Senior midfielder
Michaela Cole (Parishville, N.Y./Parishville-Hopkinton) and junior defender
Danielle Pound (Henderson, N.Y./Immaculate Heart) each scored for the Bears and sophomore goalie
Katie Longamore (Dexter, N.Y./General Brown) made a career-high 15 saves.
Senior attack Kelly Wall (Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa) led the Golden Eagles' offense with four goals and three assists before an injury forced her from the game. Junior attack Jessica Boddery (Webster, N.Y./Webster Thomas) scored four goals and sophomore midfielder Hanna Cullen (Wantagh, N.Y./Wantagh) added two goals and two assists. Junior attack Taylor Thomas (Cortland, N.Y./Cortland) recorded three goals and junior midfielder Dana Kiselica (Cazenovia, N.Y./Cazenovia) rounded out the leaders with a goal and an assist.
