UTICA, N.Y.—The SUNY Potsdam men's golf team finished sixth at the two-day Utica College Invitational this weekend. The Bears finished with a two-round total of 682 (340-342). The host Pioneers captured the title with a score of 618 (315-303). Junior Devin Caples (Wilton, N.Y./Saratoga Springs) led Potsdam with a 166 after rounds of 79 and 87.
 
Senior Andrew Scuncio (Essex, Conn/Pittsford-Mendon) was next with a 169 (84-85). Junior Jude Fusilli (Watertown, N.Y./Watertown) shot a 176 (91-85) in just his second action with the team. Junior Dylan Estal (DeWitt, Iowa/South Jefferson) and freshman Jack Corcoran (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) followed with scores of 177 (92-85) and 185 (86-99), respectively.
 
The Bears are back in action next Saturday at the Paul's Smith's Invitational. The tournament kicks off at 10:30 a.m.
