CANTON, N.Y.—The SUNY Potsdam Track and Field Teams set three program records and posted 12 top-10 performances at the St. Lawrence University Open on Friday evening. Sophomore
Madison Wagner (Chittenango, N.Y./Chittenango) topped her own mark in the 60M, as did senior
Timothy Petty (Highland, N.Y./Highland) in the 60M hurdles and freshman
Matthew Reed (Madrid, N.Y./Madrid-Waddington) in the triple jump. Plattsburgh State claimed the women's title, while the host Saints men did the same. The Bears women finished third and the men were fourth.

Wagner won the 60M with a time of 8.33, shaving .05 off her previous Potsdam record. She then teamed with junior
Emma Robbins (Newark, N.Y./Newark), freshman
JoAnne Powers (Malone, N.Y./Franklin Academy) and junior
Emily Yousey (Lacona, N.Y./Sandy Creek) to run the program's second fastest time of 4:37.51 and place second in the 4x400M. Yousey was second in the 800M with Potsdam's fourth best time of 2:28.20. Freshman
Adrianna Orlando (Baldwinsville, N.Y./C.W. Baker) was 13th in the Mile with the program's seventh best time of 6:21.22. Sophomore
Rylee Semco (Slate Hill, N.Y./Minisink Valley) was eighth in the shot put with the program's eighth best distance of 8.32m. She had Potsdam's 10th best distance of 8.82m in the weight throw with the program's 10th best mark.

Petty was fifth in the 60M hurdles, running Potsdam's first sub-10 second time of 9.96. Graduate student
Aly Ceesay (Bronx, N.Y./Bronx Early College Academy for Teaching) was third in the high jump with the program's third best height of 1.75m. Petty was in seventh the same event with Potsdam's seventh best mark of 1.70m. Junior
Sam Renaud (Lagrangeville, N.Y./Trinity-Pawling) was third in the 800M with the program's fifth best time of 2:00.27. Reed added .29 meters to his program record in the triple jump to finish fourth with a distance of 11.91m. Junior
Zane Moussa (Keeseville, N.Y./AuSable Valley) finished second in the weight throw with Potsdam's eighth best mark of 12.94m.
