The SUNY Potsdam men's lacrosse season opener at Utica College has been moved to Monday at 3 p.m. The contest was orginally scheduled for 1 p.m. this Saturday, but the reemergence of frigid temperatures necessitated the change. The Bears will head to Vermont the following afternoon for another nonconference contest with Castleton University.

The Bears are 5-3 all-time against the Pioneers, including last season's 18-9 victory in Potsdam. The Bears are 4-0 against the Spartans and downed Castleton 14-8 at home last March.
