Allison Basile enters her first season with the Bears.
 
Personal: Daughter of Lynn and Andy Basile… majoring in Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education… also competed in Indoor/Outdoor Track at Maple Hill High School… was awarded MVP and Patroon Conference All-Star two times… career ambition is to be able to teach kids who have a harder time learning… favorite shows are Grey’s Anatomy and Friends… enjoys hip hop and rap music… favorite athlete is Jenny Simpson… favorite thing about being an NCAA Student-Athlete is the connection she has with her team… greatest sports accomplishment is that she ran cross country after having back surgery in 2018 and finished all three season out after not being able to run for six months while being in a back brace… chose Potsdam because the campus is just the right size… most looking forward to making the best out of her college career
