POTSDAM, N.Y.—After her standout season, SUNY Potsdam junior women's soccer player
Megan Fry (Webster, N.Y./Webster Schroeder) has earned All-State University of New York Athletic Conference honors. She has been named to the second team.
Fry started all 17 games in goal for the Bears this season, posting an 8-7-2 record. She ranked second in the SUNYAC in saves (112), third in save percentage (.875) and fifth in goals-against-average (0.99). Fry's eight wins are the third most by a Potsdam goalkeeper in a single season. She also ranks second in shutouts (6/2), fourth in G.A.A. and sixth in save percentage during a single season in program history.
Fry is the second Bears goalie to earn all-conference recognition (Jill Paterson '01 – 1998 & 2000) and first Bear to be named All-SUNYAC since 2021 (Maeve Morrissey '22).
Potsdam was 8-7-2 in 2025, claiming the first winning campaign since 2018.
