POTSDAM, N.Y.—The SUNY Potsdam swimming and diving teams were defeated at Clarkson University on Saturday afternoon. The host Golden Knights defeated the men 205-19 and the women 165-53. Sophomore captain
Katherine Steeves (Kingston, N.Y./Kingston) picked up two more individual wins.

As she did yesterday, Steeves won both the 200 Individual Medley (2:38.12) and 100 Butterfly (1:10.10). Junior
Leo Plaza (Hudson, N.Y./Taconic Hills) was second in the 100 Butterfly with a time of 1:14.56. She was then third in the 400 Freestyle with a time of 5:38.30. Junior
Madison Mitchell (Canton, N.Y./Hugh C. Williams) finished second in the 50 Freestyle (31.62) and the 100 Freestyle (1:08.38). Senior captain
Kathryn Nelson (Riverside, R.I./St. Mary Academy) was second in the 800 Freestyle in 11:58.79. Freshman
Delaynie Jessie (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool) posted a fourth place finish in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:40.89

Zach DeLorme (Rochester, N.Y./Irondequoit) led the men, finishing second in the 100 Butterfly in 1:03.63. Freshman
Jackson Korn (Clarence, N.Y./Clarence) was fourth in both the 100 (1:04.21) and 200 Freestyle events (2:22.97). Freshman
Demetrio Schiavone (Altamont, N.Y./Guilderland) placed fourth in the 400 Freestyle (5:01.26) and junior
Tyler Schmitt (Deer Park, N.Y./Deer Park) matched him in the 100 Breaststroke (1:27.87) to round out the leaders.
