Hall of Fame
Daniel Wall established himself as one of Potsdam College’s all-time swimming greats during his stay at the institution. He was an All-American in both 1976 and 1977, and established Potsdam records in six different events. Wall also set the benchmark statewide in four events.
The 1977 Potsdam College graduate was also a fine student, earning a 3.2 average on his way to a degree in mathematics. Wall was the 1977 Maxcy-Molnar Award winner.
He pursued an advanced degree in statistics at SUNY Binghamton and worked for a time in Pennsylvania before a three-year stint at the Rochester Blue Cross/Blue Shield. For the last several years, Wall has been employed as a systems analyst for Xerox in Rochester. He is the father of a son and daughter.
