Kim Prashaw first graduated from SUNY Potsdam in 1986, with a Bachelors of Arts Degree while majoring in Psychology. In 1988, she also completed a Master’s of Science in Teaching at Potsdam.
Prashaw played Women’s Ice Hockey for three years with the Bears after transferring to Potsdam from Cortland. In her Senior year she scored 76 goals, along with 16 assists for a total of 92 points. Prashaw was ranked second in national scoring behind teammate Kathy Lawler.
Currently the senior assistant golf professional at the Eagle Pointe Golf Resort in Bloomington, Indiana. In 1999, Prashaw became a level one professional with the PGA of America. Her Winters are spent teaching golf in various resort communities of the Caribbean.
