Roger Dusharm played Soccer for four years under head coach Bob Serfis. He was co-captain of the 1962 team and in 1963 he was All SUNYAC performer in leading the Bears to a 7-2-1 record, the best to date at Potsdam. Roger also played four years of baseball and one year of basketball at Potsdam.
Upon Graduation in 1964, Roger began teaching at Canton Central School and there he began a soccer club in 1964 and 1965.
In 1966, soccer became a varsity sport and since that time Roger has accumulated an overall record of 214-79-36. Included in those victories are six Divisional titles, six Section 10 titles, and three Intersectional titles.
