Frank graduated from Potsdam State in 1967, and was a Dean’s list student all four years in college. While at Potsdam he played on the Varsity Basketball and Baseball teams for his entire four years. He was captain of both teams and was named MVP in both sports. Frank was also named to the All SUNYAC Conference team in baseball during the 1965-66 and 1966-67 seasons,, and in basketball during the 1965-66 season. He was a charter member of Sigma Tau Psi Fraternity.
Since leaving Potsdam State, Frank has been a high school mathematics teacher and has coached basketball, baseball, and football. He coached at St. Lawrence Central and while he was the head coach they won Section 10 championships both basketball and baseball. The football team also won the Northern Athletic Conference Championship when frank was an assistant coach.
